CANCELLATION POLICY
Plans change, and we get it. All deposits are non-refundable, but if you need to cancel, we'll gladly move your appointment to another available slot.
LATE ARRIVALS
We allow a 30-minute grace period. After that, your artist may move on to the next client. Running late? Message us, and we'll do our best to fit you in.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes. Just let us know at least [24/48] hours before your appointment, and we'll find a new time that works for you.
